  In order to prevent cross contamination of gluten when I order a gluten-free bun, they have staff members wear gloves. I appreciated that extra measure until I realized that the beef is cooked on the same grill that they brown the butter burger buns. They try to accommodate, which is greatly appreciated, but I had to find out the hard way. I am sure someone else has brought this to their attention.
