  I have had Farmers Insurance for several years. I had them on my car and home and now my dump trucks for my business. I love that they have smaller offices, so when you need help you are contacting that same office. I have got to the point where I call my agent (Angy Linares) and I just say my first name and she knows who I am. I like that I am a name, and not a number. I don't have to go over every little past problem, or have someone read over notes that another person left. My agent is working with me constantly on different ways to lower my rates. I left Farmers for a very short period of time for a competitor once which I will never do again. They had a lower rate at the time, but the customer serivice was terrible. We also ended up in an accident and they were not willing to cover anything. I do pay a little bit more with Farmers but the customer service is the best, and knowing that I have someone who I trust looking at my account every now and again to try and better my situation makes me feel better. I have had nothing but the best experiences with Farmers Insurance and I would recommend them! I followed Angy to her new office in Lyons from Berwyn because of how good she takes care of all my needs.
